Principles of the Ethics Committee
The Ethics Committee, established under the Chairmanship of the Founding Partner, conducts all activities in accordance with the principles outlined below:
The Ethics Committee keeps the identities of reporters and complainants confidential. Complainants are under the protection of the Ethics Committee, and no actions that may subject them to mobbing, discrimination, or pressure can be taken. During the investigation, the job and task descriptions of complainants cannot be changed without notifying the Ethics Committee.
The Ethics Committee and its members conduct investigations under the strictest confidentiality rules.
The Ethics Committee has the authority to directly request information, documents, and evidence from relevant units. Any information or documents obtained can only be examined for the purpose of the investigation.
The investigation process is documented in writing from the beginning. Information, evidence, and documents are attached to the records.
Records are signed by the Chair and Committee Members.
Investigations are handled urgently, and conclusions are reached as quickly as possible.
Decisions made by the Ethics Committee are implemented immediately.
Relevant institutions, individuals, or departments are informed of the outcome; if disciplinary or legal action is required, administrative and legal units are notified.
Ethics Committee members carry out their duties independently of their department managers and organizational hierarchy and cannot be pressured or influenced regarding the matter.
If necessary, the Ethics Committee may consult experts and utilize them during the investigation while taking measures to maintain confidentiality.
