This policy is implemented in compliance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and relevant regulations.

In cases not covered by this policy, the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 are supplementary.

1. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

While using our services, we may collect personal information such as your name, surname, contact information (phone number, email address), address, and other necessary data. These data may be processed for purposes such as the provision of logistics services, customer relationship management, evaluating requests and complaints, and fulfilling legal obligations.

Within the business relationship between your company and our company, personal data may be processed in an integrated manner to fulfill obligations arising from labor and social security legislation, ensure compliance with workplace rules, monitor workplace safety, manage occupational health and safety processes, maintain the continuity of our company's activities, and manage relationships with our business partners, customers, and suppliers for legal and commercial reasons. This may involve processing data through printed and/or wet-signed documents or electronically through automated or non-automated methods in accordance with the legal regulations.

2. Sharing of Personal Data

The personal data collected may be shared with third parties only for the purpose of providing services, within the framework of legal obligations based on applicable legislation, and after taking necessary security measures. Personal data may be shared only with suppliers, service providers, and relevant institutions with whom we collaborate.

Our company may transfer your personal data to relevant individuals and institutions within the framework of KVKK and other applicable laws, and for the purposes mentioned above. These recipients may include legally designated entities or those specified in contracts. Employees consent to the sharing of their personal data.

Our company may share personal data with its direct and indirect shareholders, affiliates, subsidiaries, third parties providing services and/or consulting to our company, third parties necessary for the continuation of the service relationship, legally authorized public institutions and private individuals, clients, suppliers, business partners, service providers (e.g., insurance companies, service companies, tour companies, technical support companies), public and private institutions and organizations, as well as lawyers and mediators for dispute resolution and litigation processes. Additionally, data may be shared with companies providing occupational health and safety services, workplace doctors, health institutions, the Social Security Institution, and other relevant authorities to fulfill our obligations under labor law and occupational health and safety legislation.

3. Storage of Personal Data

Your personal data will be stored for the legally required period necessary to provide our services and fulfill our legal obligations. After this period, your data will be securely deleted.

4. Security of Personal Data

The security of your data is of utmost importance to our company. Physical, technical, and administrative security measures are taken to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of your personal data. However, it should be noted that absolute security cannot be guaranteed for data transfers over the internet, and caution is advised in these cases.

5. Access and Correction of Your Personal Data

Under Article 7 of the KVKK, you have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data. You can contact us to exercise these rights.

To exercise your rights mentioned above, you may send your request in writing in Turkish or via registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the email address previously registered in our system to the email address mentioned in Article 6.

The company will respond to your request as quickly as possible and no later than thirty days, free of charge. However, if the process requires additional costs, a fee will be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Our company reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.
